My wife had concived for 3 days in June. During immigration medical exams Doctor gave her MMR shots and stated don't get pregnant for another 3 months.
After 15 days, We came to know that she is pregnant.
last week my wife had miscarriage after 18 weeks of pregnancy. Not sure it's because of MMR or something else.

If you look closely at June 2008's VB, you'll find the following statement:

In other words, the PD for EB3 ROW will (or should) be back to March 1, 2006 in October??? So very close for you!

I did about 3 APs and EADs myself this is not so important. I had left it blank. The most important thing I remember is my EAD got rejected was when I picked the wrong section for the Basis of EAD (which is a bunch of codes). Please make sure you pick the right one here, if your in doubt dont fill the form till you know the exact answer.

If you create a new 'plane' and position it below the object as a floor, you will get a shadow. You can move the light sources about to get the right shadow.

Hi,
Got a 1-797 Notice of Action today in Mail for my pending I-485 and the Notice Type: WELCOME NOTICE: SECTION: Adjustment as direct beneficiary of immigrant petition.
In the details section it says" Welcome to United States"...your application for permanent residence has been approved...we will soon mail you a new Permananet Resident Card....
HOWEVER, the online status still shows "Case pending" and NO LUD update.
1. Any reason to get concerned as the online case status still show it as Pending altough I see approval in Mail Notice?
2. Should i call customer service?
3. How long typically the card in mail takes?
Congratulations!!!
Online updateds are done in batch jobs in the night.
So i guess you should see change in online status tomorrow if not call customer service.

As Silverlight is a browser side technology, you would have no problem serving Silverlight content from our servers as long as you add the proper MIME type settings to the site via .htaccess rules such as:
AddType application/xaml+xml .xaml
AddType application/x-silverlight-app .xap
AddType application/x-ms-xbap .xbap
HTTP responses have a "content-type" as apart of their header.

It is advised to set the content type appropriately when you serve a file from your webserver by modiftying your htaccess file. To be honest, you can get away without setting this for all the popular browsers from my experience, but it might affect caching or obscure browsers negatively. I'm off to London for my H1B stamping. I was working for an Investment Bank that folded and I took up a job with a bank that has not taken TARP funds (not a US bank)
My I-129 was approved, however, it was approved before the new I-129 that asks whether the company accessed covered funds.
I just wanted to know whether I need to ask counsel in my firm to update the I-129 or should I just go ahead with the stamping?
Any other important documents I should take along? I was thinking of
a) letter from employer stating salary, start-date, position etc
b) letter from company stating that they did not receive TARP
anyone else on the same boat?

It is my guess that USCIS will take the finger printing records that they have in file when we filed 485 and approve the future EAD's.
I am on the same boat. I applied on May 9, recd a receipt dated May 11 and no additional info after that.
